Quality Control, Inspection & Testing
Kalsi Foundry Works follow a strict and structured Quality Test and Inspection process to ensure every machine we manufacture meets the highest performance and safety standards. Our quality assurance team conducts thorough checks at every critical stage of production to maintain consistency, accuracy, and reliability.
Incoming Material Inspection
- Raw materials, components, and bought-out items are inspected for compliance with specifications.
- Material test certificates and dimensional verification are carried out before acceptance.
In-Process Inspection
- Continuous monitoring during machining, fabrication, and assembly stages.
- Checks for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and component alignment.
Mechanical and Functional Testing
- Load testing to verify structural integrity and press force.
- Stroke adjustment and alignment check to ensure operational efficiency.
- Pneumatic and clutch performance testing (for pneumatic models).
Final Quality Inspection
- Comprehensive machine-level inspection after assembly.
